As Executive Vice President, Joe is instrumental in managing the Craft portfolio including growth initiatives and guidance of the corporate operations.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

With over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry and a broad portfolio of work in the United States and Caribbean, which includes the following market sectors: mixed use, commercial, office, high-rise residential, multi-family, hospitality, assisted living, healthcare, education, aviation, cruise line terminals, and justice. Prior to joining Craft Construction, Fernandez served as a key stake holder in several National Construction Firms in addition to serving in the US Navy as a member of Seal Team 4.
