ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As head of the estimating department, Linette serves as a vital link between a project’s vision, as put forth by the Client and Design Team, and its implementation as executed by the project team. Linette is responsible to thoroughly review each project for constructability and to develop a complete, accurate and competitive budget accordingly. She also works closely with key subcontractors and Craft’s field staff to ensure all projects are setup for success.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Linette deploys a diverse background in a full range of construction roles to apply both depth and breadth of knowledge to her work with Craft. Linette has served in key roles with Florida developers and general contractors, and also lead a large program management team for one of the country’s largest financial institutions. Her project experience ranges from commercial offices and retail banking to industrial warehouses and car dealerships to indoor amusement project and high rise mixed-use condominium and apartment building.
