ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Project Executive, Ron Pantophlet is a member of the executive team for Craft heading up the hospitality division.  Ron manages construction activities from start to finish including site plan design, permitting, budget development and management, schedule development and management, project start-up, negotiation of contracts and scopes, coordination of contractors, public utilities design and coordination, municipality acceptance and final turn-over of projects. Maintains continuous involvement at every stage in the construction process ensuring positive client, subcontractor, and company staff relations.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Ron has over 19 years of construction industry experience and has been involved with over $120M in construction projects featuring commercial mixed-use, multi-family residential, hotel, hospitality, public, higher Education, healthcare, and industrial projects.
